I made a ham and noodle casserole bulked up with mushrooms, red bell pepper, asparagus & onion. Yummy and healthy!

Tonight I did 6" Subway Club with no cheese and light mayo. With a few baked dorritos too. This is the first time ever I've done Subway "light." Not bad!

We had a chef salad because it is HOT today, but I feel bummed bc it was waaay more calories and fat than I was expecting..I added too much junk to it. I will know better next time :)
