Great Job! I'm on Day 5, too and I have to say I feel great! I really like this site and the simplicity of the plans. I always have gotten overwhelmed before with other plans. Congratulations on your success, and I hope to keep up with you!

Here I am, Day 5 and I feel great. I just finished my strength training and cardio for the day, but I actually think I may go for a walk or maybe even a run. I find that the more I do my strength training and cardio, the easier it gets. Have a great day everyone!!!
