Hi Pinkhope! Thanks for all the postings and tips. Well, my two weeks of fastbreak are up, and no more guidance from the site....I was expecting some sort of message about what to do next, but didn't get any. So I asked about it on the general technical help forum, and I learned Spark no longer guides us through the phases of the plan, apparently. And that we can still do it on our own under "sparkdiet", which I plan to do. I lost 4lbs in week one, and 1lb in week two, so it's going well. But I kind of feel like I'm on my own now. I'll try and follow the stages they suggest, but do you have any tips of what has worked for you? In other words, how do you stay on track. Thanks!! Elly
Go to the top of this page and hover over MY TRACKERS. A menu will drop down and the top item is START (click that). Now click weight tracker on the left (3rd one). Put your weight in the empty bublble to the right of WEIGH YOURSELF the scroll down and click SAVE MEASUREMENTS!
