I am so glad that everyone is not gone. This team just did not seem to have a lot of activity so I thought everyone had given up. I am still plugging a way. I am feeling a little burned out right now so I am now just doing my elliptical 3-4 days per week for 30-45 minutes. I have been pushing myself quite card for a while so I decided to take a slight break from that. I am starting Chalene Extreme July 2nd. I may through some elliptical in with that now and then.

Hi there,
I'm still here as well and always thankful for this site. I'm still tracking food and working on getting back on track with fitness now that the crazy busy time for work and family is starting to become normal again. I reached my personal goal weight a while ago and have lost an additional 5 pounds since. More importantly though, I'm feeling good, have more energy and continue to use the food tracker to monitor some various nutrients... I even when gluten free for a while to see if it was wheat products that made me feel drained - found out that too much wheat tires me out. Having the food tracker certainly makes it easier to do this kind of menu changes since I can use it to ensure I'm getting the right balance.
I share this website with everyone who asks how I lost weight. The one challenge I've been faced with is the amount of attention weight loss creates .. talking about sparkpeople.com has been a fabulous way of directing that attention elsewhere and, I'm hoping, give them the 'spark' to get their journey started.

Attitudes are contagious. Is yours worth catching?

Terrie, everyone who joined in January (hopefully) didn't give up - but they might have moved into different Spark Teams that are more aligned with their interests, or daily challenges.

This team will remain open, and SHOOPETTE has been keeping the team active - but I myself open pop in here every once in a while. Glad to see you guys are still here! If you have an interest in checking out some of the other types of Teams, feel free to stop by here:

Yeah there are two of you still here! I have also been losing slowly but than nothing at all. I was just wondering if everyone that joined in January had given up.

SP has been such an inspiration to me and it really keeps me going.

We can do this together!!

I've been wondering, too. How many started with this team and how many are still Sparkin'?
I am still tracking and slowly losing. I could not have accomplished anything without Spark People. Have found a wealth of information here and I am feeling great!
