Congrats on the smart phone-technology is graet! Busy week at work 60 hr. week too much! But I still managed to get in some fitness this week and lost weight. emoticon

How is everyone doing?? Sorry I have not been on it has Been very stressful lately with my mom and aunt etc... But my dear bf surprised me with a smartphone lol so I can log in and do my daily things! Our contract was up and he saw I busy I was and could not login a lot so he changed our plan etc... so I can login more I am so excited we just got them last night so bare with me!

I got through it-had 1 slice ate 3 servingings of veggies in between - finished with a second skice- i went only 150 calories over today not too too bad. Thanks for the support OTTERMOMMY emoticon
