I LOVE Jillian Michael's 30 day shred a few times a week. Its tough, but I figure if the contestants on Biggest Loser can do it so can I. I used it a few years back, and within 6 weeks, the inches started melting off!

Using the Zumba for the Wii...do you have to move as fast as the Zumba videos? Because, I tried the Zumba videos and...hahaha - I couldn't move that fast if I had to. I would be throwing something out of socket. But, I have been wondering about the Zumba for Kinect or Wii.
Thanks!

I just started doing Zumba on my Wii yesterday and I am totally loving it - even if I couldn't walk this morning. lol

I kick it old school with Richard Simmons. Keeps me from taking myself too seriously emoticon

Slow and steady wins the race.

Hi Melinda~
I like Leslie Sansone very much! It's working for me.
Equipment? will be adding free weights soon.

Since my schedule totally depends on my kids and I can't guarantee when I can get to the gym or outside for a walk or a run, I am amassing quite the collection of exercise DVD's. Right now, my favorite is Chris Freytag's Walk and Shape Up. I've only done the "easier" level so far, but it is still a tushie-kicker! In fact, I just finished it. Phew! I love it because it is cardio AND sculpting. It's 45 minutes long, but it goes by the breeze because it switches between cardio and sculpting about every 5 minutes.

At the gym, I treasure my quality time with the elliptical!
