I've been on a weight-loss journey forever. I succeeded in losing 100 lbs, but put 35 back on in recent months.
I guess my biggest piece of advice is to start slowly. I always tend to extremes. I cut out ALL chocolate. I decide that I HAVE TO exercise 60 minutes a day.
My weight loss has been going better since I moderated those choices. I try to get in at least 10 minutes of exercise per day. If I want a piece of chocolate, I budget for it.
Just start slowly, that's the biggest thing. If you do too much too fast, you will become frustrated and are more likely to give up!
I look around and see all of the gorgouse women. Whenther it be on TV or out in public and i often wonder why i cant look like them. I amd trying so hard to lose weight not only for myself and my family but for health reasons as well but its not going to well. Mostly because TOM started today and with that comes a majore sweet tooth. I am trying to find away to control my cravings but havent found anything that helps. I hate the way i feel every day and looking in the mirror makes me sad and disgustes me. Any advice to control cravings and to jump start my weight loss will be great thanks.
