Here is where we post our goals for the month of June. Then, each day, we add it to the team total. We will see how often our team can reach their personal goal.

So, I will start. My goal is always fitness - any day that I do any sort of fitness be it a 10 minute walk or a 10K run, I will add to the team goal.

Yesterday, June 1st, I did an 8K run and a firefighters challenge to raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy association of Canada.

So...
