Yes...and yes...I wish it was possible to do a manual entry for fitness...but my fav is that you can view a report on calorie differential...I find it interesting to see how many fewer calories I ate than what I burned :)
Yeah I have a cellphone. I keep reinstalling SP app there every time the OS gets reset on it - but to be honest, I don't use it much. I didn't even know you could track water there... And for foods - well - much of the stuff I eat isn't there anyway, so I need to either enter new food, or make it up from parts - and it's not particulary comfortable to do it on the phone anyway. But I probably should review the features of the application, I might find something there that's useful.

I couldn't live without my cell phone. It's my day planner and my lifeline all rolled into one. I like to use the SP app but wish I had all the options of the website when it comes to things like entering my own food nutrition.
