I actually ran on the snow on Sunday -- it was a little springy, lol....like a track. :) I just had to be careful. I'm going out today to run once it warms up :)

Katie and I are each planning to run a half marathon this spring. I just found this resource online (I'm vegetarian) for a half-marathon planning/training guide. I thought you all might like to check it out; even if you're not veggie, the training thing could help!!
