I know this one has been out there a while but...... I don't always get to Sparks as often as I should. But today is a day for making updates, etc. :)
I have a treadmill and a set of weights in my basement. Have had the treadmill for about 10 years and I use it regularly, especially in these cold days.
I also take a yoga class offered through the Plymouth Park & Rec. In another week, I'll be adding a Zumba class as well. Fortunately, as a retiree, I can take advantage of the classes offered to seniors during the day. (p.s. I don't really think of myself as a "senior" but it is nice to take advantage of such opportunities. But that another whole topic, perhaps for a future blog entry.)
