I know this one has been out there a while but...... I don't always get to Sparks as often as I should. But today is a day for making updates, etc. :)

I have a treadmill and a set of weights in my basement. Have had the treadmill for about 10 years and I use it regularly, especially in these cold days.

I also take a yoga class offered through the Plymouth Park & Rec. In another week, I'll be adding a Zumba class as well. Fortunately, as a retiree, I can take advantage of the classes offered to seniors during the day. (p.s. I don't really think of myself as a "senior" but it is nice to take advantage of such opportunities. But that another whole topic, perhaps for a future blog entry.)

Anyway......take care and thank you for being a driving force with the Plymouth team.

I went to MOA one day this week and walked on the Mayo Clinic Mile. I've also been hitting the gym! And rock climbing at Vertical Endeavors...

Lately it's been so cold, even doing outdoor exercise is a NO GO! What are you all doing to keep warm, and stay exercising?
