I got a little Fitbit (the cheapest one) a few weeks ago when SparkPeople posted the challenge. I'm having fun seeing how many steps I take per day/activity. It hasn't changed how much I do or don't do, not a whole lot, but I can see I will probably become more invested in it as I continue to use it. :)

I'm sure if you all have been checking out the site, you have noticed that Sparkpeople and fitbit have teamed up.
I've been using a fitbit since March. For me this is an amazing pedometer and all I have to do is remember to wear it. Now all I have to do is check to see if my fitbit synced with Sparkpeople or just click a link to push the info to them. I have found, that my minutes here on sp have gone up tremendously because now I don't have to do it manually, and after a month back in March of doing it manually I gave up because it was so tedious. In all honestly I would recommend anyone who has a spare amount of money for one either the zip or the ultra are reasonably priced and the ultra is worth the amount of money it is currently, (price has gone down since I bought it) The very fact that it's a pedometer that is descrite and easy to keep in a pocket or where ever, it's not bulky and has yet to fall off of me, (like past ones) The other thing is I don't have to look at it and track my own numbers to their site either, it does it for me when I'm within 20 feet of my computer. This is an option for anyone and I would recommend it if you are considering it or need a pedometer.
