My All-Time Favorite Workout has to be Curves, where I lost all my weight and began my Healthy Journey.
The Curves I worked out at closed December 7, 2012 and the nearest one is almost an hour away. I am now working out at Anytime Fitness, doing mostly Cardio -- Recumbent Bike, Treadmill, & occasionally the Elliptical. I am also learning the Circuit Training with their Machines 3 times a week.
