emoticon 38.78 Miles this Week. All was walking except 7.32 Miles on the Bike Yesterday. I am trying to 'Scale Back' on the Exercise to see if that knocks these 5 pounds off. So far, No Luck!! Will continue this week.

It was 28 degrees with 13 mph Wind. But I still Bundled Up and got outside and walked around Our Neighborhood for 50 Minutes (3.25 Mile). Besides that I walked 3.02 Miles at Work, Walked on the Treadmill at Anytime Fitness for 45 Minutes (3.10 Mile), and did Weight Training at the Gym for 35 Minutes.
emoticon Then after Dinner Gary and I walked to 7-11 for Drinks & Snacks (1.46 Miles)

emoticon Last week I Walked, rode the Exercise Bike, Walked on the Treadmill, Walked outside, and did 4 Strength Training Sessions at the Gym. According to the Spark Trackers I walked or rode 75.85 miles last week!! And burned 3,758 Calories.

emoticon And the scale says that I am UP by .8 of a pound. My Food Choices could have been better, and I am hoping to improve that this week -- Even though Christmas is 2 Days away!!! I am also hoping that the "Gain" is due to increased Strength Training.

emoticon So far I have Exercised for AT LEAST 10 Minutes a Day for 603 Days in a Row. Most of the time I get all 120 Minutes a Day that Spark Allows.

Somedays I need to see the small accomplishments to keep me going. This week so far I have walked the treadmill for 35 minutes Monday and today. So tomorrow will be easier to get moving towards the gym again.

We all have had our failures, but here I want to talk about what we DID accomplish. For example, this week I have actually managed my calorie intake for the last 3 days, that is huge for me.
