Hi, last week I decided to vary my workouts even more. A few weeks ago I introduced a swing stepper. This week I wanted to do a different Interval workout and a different strength training workout - in order to wake up my sleeping muscles (each activity uses different muscles...).
On Monday I used the stepper to do the high intensity phases of the Intervall and my regular ergometer to come down in between. It was great! Afterwards I did a Cardio on my ergometer.
Yesterday, I did SparkPeople Nichol's 15-minute-stability-ball workout - and my muscles are sore today!!! It was short but to the point - and: other muscles were used than doing the NeWo.
Have you tried different activites than what you normally do???
