I love Bragg's and have been using them a lot lately. The non-Paleo aspect is that they're derived from soy, which doesn't bother me as much as it does some. It's from non-GMO soybeans.

... I was at WF's yesterday myself and didn't think to look for the coconut amino's I will have to see next week. I am guessing that it is salty since it is near the soy sauce. I have to check for it the next time I go there.

I saw Braggs Amino's could that be substituted for it?

Hey.... on the Coconut Aminos.... I got at Whole Foods. Found in the Asian section right next to the Soy Sauce. Only problem.... be very careful handling. The contents leak out. I saw this on the Amazon site where people were really complaining about the seal not being tight enough for shipping. Well, it wasn't tight enough for driving home either! lost about 1 Tblsp.

Haven't tried it yet. Am doing the stir fry with cauliflower.

XOXOXO

Coco Polo, I think they are around 70%, maybe wrong on that. $$$ costly and I haven't bought them for awhile. Stevia sweetened is why I got them. Good, but woowee I think they were almost $5.00 a piece. WF and Amazon carries them, never checked TJ.

Trader Joes, "Dark Chocolate Lovers Chocolate Bar
85% cocoa

Here's a review about it:

... I bought this bar over the weekend and I like it. I have a ferocious sweet tooth, so it will take time to get used to it... emoticon

Has anyone tried this bar, or do you have a suggestion for another dark chocolate bar?

Any thoughts on Gluten free, Chebe bread? Looks interesting.

Ingredients are: Manioc (tapioca) flour, modified manioc starch (100% manioc), iodine-free sea salt, cream of tartar, sodium bicarbonate.

My TJ's doesn't carry the coconut aminos and I have yet to order any in. I know one of the big vitamin companies has them, so I need to check into that.

How did the coconut amino work out, are you still using it?
Any other good finds since this?

Thank you so much for all this great information!

Ooh, I'll check my TJ's, too. Didn't figure they'd have them. I feel some stir-frying coming on...

Hey, I'll have to hit the T Joe's near me and see if they have the coconut amino's!

Will check out the coconut website, too!

I bought the Coconut Aminos at Trader Joe's for a recipe. Haven't used them yet though. They are a replacement for soy sauce. There were some interesting sauce/dressing/marinade recipes on the website you referred to..

Hey, does everyone know about this website? www.coconutsecrets.com
I'm kinda new to this, so maybe I'm the last to know, but they have some interesting products and Lucky Vitamins seems to have good prices on them.

I'm a fan of www.fastpaleo.com

Since I am often battling fatigue with this adrenal exhaustion and my job in Autism adds to the weariness I feel, I need fast Paleo fare. But, now that I have my iPhone (first smart phone!) I can search out a recipe while I'm shopping! Just one more thing in place to make my life easier!

Wow, that is one beautiful looking cookbook! I just took a peak on Amazon. I also enjoy Paleo Comfort foods very much. This may have to be my newest addition!

Ooh! Interesting new things to check out! I also happened upon nomnompaleo.com , although I haven't had time to investigate it very thoroughly. She does "nuke" things more than I'm comfortable with, but it's an interesting blog.
