another one of my favorite ornish friendly items is wonton/eggroll wrappers.. again, these little charms are so versatile.. sweet and savory both... use them as little crusts in your muffin tins... filling them with puddings for little pies. or make a 'chicken' pot pie filling before baking... these are amazing too. i always have these in my freezer. and you find them in the produce section. they freeze amazingly.....
