did you know that you are permitted phyllo dough? and how versatile!!!! for those of you that like spanikopita,, it is amazing in a low fat way.. will post that one if anyone would like it... you can use it for pie crust substitutions,,,, and that is savory and sweet pies... tart cups,,,, the ideas are abounding!!!! and it goes so far.. it usually takes only a few sheets per recipe. and the box is loaded with tons of sheets... just don't let it dry out.. you need to keep a damp paper towel on it when working with it.. but give it a try.. a perfect low fat sub...
