My husband is my greatest support. Whether it is writing, exercise, or weightloss he always is ready to encourage and support me in anyway he can. He even joined me doing Nanowrimo-I am so blessed to have him.

"Through dangers untold and hardships unnumbered, I have fought my way here to the castle beyond the Goblin City to take back the life that weight and ill health have stolen. For my will is as strong as yours, and my kingdom is as great.. You have no power over me."

I'm sure there have been plenty along the way. Currently I would say it's my husband. He reminds me all the time what a good person I am and how good I am at my job. I tend to doubt myself a lot and he's always there to remind me to give myself credit.

What is the most memorable support you've ever received from someone? This doesn't have to be specific to weight loss or even health.

ME: I remember a favorite teacher. I had her in Junior High (9th grade for me) and then again in High School in my senior year. Being raised with the idea I wouldn't be going to college because it would be useless teaching with Armageddon around the corner, I was just coasting along to graduate. She pushed me to apply myself more, to even take an AP English class and the exam - just because I was capable, whether I'd use it or not. Her support also included telling me one time "Stop acting like a dumb blonde; you're neither." (I'd lost most of my youthful blonde by my teens. emoticon )

Blue, Lethie, or Jennifer May - I answer to them all
