Happy???? Now there's an interesting concept. I'm happier then I've been in the past. I was happier yesterday then I am today. Some days I feel like I work my @ss off and get no where. I run twice a day and work out in the gym usually once a day and I still don't like what I see in the mirror, but all I can do is continue to work at it and hope to some day get there. I'm happy with the path I've taken in my life. I've learned to love me on the inside. I won't allow another person to twist me into being unhappy. So am I happy....in most ways I say yes and maybe when I wake up tomorrow I'll say hell ya I'm happy, but I guess we'll just wait and see :-)

I'm happy. Not "happy happy joy joy" happy, but I definitely am.

I'm what I call an optimistic realist. I can see it how it is, not dream it'll turn into flowers and rainbows, but always believe things will get better and aren't as bad as they could be.
That means I'm happy the vast majority of the time. I don't get the giddy excited happy most of the time though; more the simple contented happy I'm alive, breathing, have stars over my head and feet to walk on.

I am happy most of the time. When I eat well and exercise I am happy more consistently.

I would say yes, other than my weight. I've lost the weight before and although it didn't solve any of my problems I still felt better overall.

. First of all, it would be nice to know how to be happy...right? Happiness has more to do with your attitude about the things that happen to you than it does with what actually happens. I figured it would be a good thing for people to discuss openly. Are You Happy? Most of us don't stop to consider whether or not we're happy on a day 2 day basis.
I just wanted to share this with everyone here because we all need to be happy with ourselves and sometimes it's pretty hard to do.
