Yes a couple that really slow me. I can only wish the pain away to walk and do light exercises.

The foot doctor x-rayed it and told me about the 2 hairline fractures-nothing they can do about it. Then he told me about the 2 bone spurs one on the tip of each of the big toes.

I had a broken bone in my foot last summer and had to wear a boot cast. It took about 8 weeks to heal and now all is well. It sure way painful before I had it xrayed and was put in the boot. Maybe that would be helpful for you .

A hairlineline fracture in both my feet. Plus, having to deal some other foot issues. I have a hard time walking. I also find I get out of breath walking fast. I have a hard time using any stairs due to my feet.

I have had, in the past, several health issues but outside of my thyroid disease, they're controlled with proper nutrition and exercise.

I've had both knees replaced. No pain if I do nothing. There is achiness if I try to walk fast. Can't kneel, lunge, or do knee bends. Can't jump or twist. Otherwise, I can do most things okay. 30 minute walks at a sedate pace are great. However, it doesn't lead to much weight loss.

I had knee replacement a few years ago and my other knee is not perfect but no where near me thinking I want another knee replacement. This has changed the way I work out but thankfully I can work out. So I just do what I am able to do and am thankful for that.

Yes I have. My knees were bad for several years, but I've had knee replacements.

A health concern motivated my new lifestyle. Multiple testing after 40 lbs have concerned that I'm actually in excellent health.
A major deterent is the mentality that "it's hard to lose 'when you get older'" My experience not just this time but several times is that is totally an excuse. Sorry - had to add that. :)

I have no known health issues --- I do feel there is something that is blocking the weight loss though. I get to a certain weight and then it seems no matter what I do or don't do I can't get below that weight --- I don't give up though. I take no medications other than over the counter Vit D and Calcium. I sometimes wonder if I have a mental block.

Do you have any health conditions that hinder your weight loss? You do not have to tell what your health problem is
