This is a really tasty recipe. I used both salmon fillets and Hake loins, and both tasted great. I was a little dismayed when I entered it in my tracker and a serving was just over 400 calories and contained about half my daily fat intake. I know it's there on the recipe (and I should have expected a higher calorie count since it called for a quarter cup of oil), but I don't always look at that when I decide on a recipe to make. I would like to make this again, but probably won't unless I can figure out a way to reduce the calories and fat. Any suggestions?
