Tried going sweets free and only got to four days. Not ready yet. But I can avoid fried foods.....well I kept forgetting now it is just chips. And I had to reset earlier this Spring...forgot the date, so just set it for April 1, not a joke...onward and upward.

Here are my favorite backup recipes. The cook yourself thin cookbook is a great add to your collection. check out some of their recipes. Our family loves the sweet and sour pork.

Hello. I bought the cookbook and have found it a great jump start to cooking at home.

I enjoy my sweets, and would love to see more easy recipes that don't require a long list of ingredients. That is my request for subsequent cookbooks or for spark recipes. Please.

Some of the recipes in the book requires special flours or spices that are a bit exotic.
