My husband puts a maple rub on it, or just garlic and butter. You can grill or broil it...even bake it. Sooooooo good.

I like it baked wrapped in foil with a bit of basil and chopped fresh tomatoes. I like some heat with my food, so I like to sprinkle on some cayenne pepper as well.
