Hey Everyone! emoticon

After being on fire for weeks and weeks, I had a rain shower on my flame! emoticon

(Tracking Exercise *Goals *Calories Sunday to Sunday)

The first part of my week (Days Off) were crazy! emoticon
"Life" & "Chores" took all my time.

Bumps in the road are part of the journey, so I will make a huge effort to END my week with as many work-outs as I can fit in! emoticon

Calories have been in my range limits but some days were on the higher end.

Gotta get my fire burning again!

Friday News/Goals.. emoticon

Today My focus will be on fueling my body and tracking calories. emoticon

I wouldn't call today a "Rest Day....." I cannot work out though.

Managers prepared us last night re: tonight (Friday Night.)

A huge benefit concert (for Johnny Cash museum) will be at the ASU Convention Center this evening..
Last year Cracker Barrel was hit hard before/after the concert. (over an hour wait for guests wanting to be seated)

On a "servers" end that = SLAMMED!
That means when my tables get up and the tables are cleaned, each table will be sat again all at one time!!

I will run my legs plum off tonight.

I need every ounce of energy I have for work.

I will get plenty of "work-related exercise tonight."

Weigh-In Day went GREAT!

emoticon Last Week: 166.6

Now: 164.8 (1.8 lb loss) emoticon

This is a New Low!

I have not been this weight in over 10 years!

I have now lost 32.9 lbs in a year! emoticon

Thank You To ME!! (You have worked hard!) emoticon

Thank You SparkPeople for NOT being a "diet." emoticon for the correct information and tools! emoticon

Thank You Spark Friends for you support!! emoticon

At this time, I should have 10 lbs. left to lose to reach GOAL/Start Maintaining.

I will not know until I reach 155. (I'm 39 and 5'9) My tummy, hips and inner-thighs are still hanging on to fat. I may have to lose a little more which of course will be doable!

I don't want to start a "race" all of a sudden.. I'm still on a journey and my Goal for now is to reach 155! emoticon

Congrats on the one year Sparkversity!

I wonder if anyone has a good suggestion for a fall recipe out of the cookbook I could make this weekend?
