I made a basic version of this last night for dinner. Farm fresh spinach and berries with balsamic dressing. Not bad. I prefer baby spinach and will be sticking to that from now on.

Definitely on my list to try this week. I'm thinking of adding some grilled chicken to make it more of a "meal" salad. Anyone tried that yet?

I agree, this really is a yummy salad. With the berries and little bit of honey in the dressing, it's like dessert for me.
Sometimes I make this recipe just for myself and eat it over the course of four days. I assemble each salad individually and pour the dressing on freshly each time. Delicious!

I am going to have to look this up. I have to start eating more salads. I was never a big salad eater.

Thanks for the review. I just need to get the strawberries and then I can give this a try.

Sounds yummy. Where may I get the recipe?

I brought this salad to a salad supper last night and barely got to eat some myself. It tasted great and I had no leftovers. I'm definitely fixing it again, next time for my family!
