I did read that response, and I thought that would give me all the info I needed to get my points. The problem I am having now is bringing up the recipe so I can click on the three-point button.

So how do you get points for preparing a recipe from the cookbook? I made the Crunchy Chicken Salad tonight (yum!), but I cannot figure out how to get my points for that.

YES!! Sorry, I thought you were trying to get the points for purchasing the Cookbook.

To get points for preparing a recipe, you can get the points a few ways. On SparkRecipes.com, select a recipe and click on the little rectangle below the nutrition information. You can get 3 points, once a day. Another way to get there is to go through your SparkPoints tracker. If you click on the place where it says Find a Recipe Now on the right hand side of your tracker, that will take you to the SparkRecipes site and then it works the same way. Finally, if you receive the daily emails, there is always a recipe one where you can click on the three points. Hope that helps...

There's supposed to be some way of getting a SparkPoint for using a recipe. Maybe try one of the on-site links.
It's not always too easy to find your way around the site (speaking only from my own experience).

There are points with the purchase of the Cookbook...I forget what page...ALL the way in the back somewhere and look for it IN THE READING. For the life of me, I couldn't find it on the page b/c I wasn't looking in the paragraphs of the reading. If I find the page, I will edit my post!

PAGE 467, end of last paragraph!

Hope this helps!!

I think you can get points for using recipes on the website, but not in the book. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong. Pam

I have been suing the cook book and really enjoy all the things i have tried so far. I see on the Spark point page you can get points for trying a recipe. when i click on the link it takes me to a box to type in what I am looking for and many times I am told it can't be found. since i like what i make and enjoy the book its fine not to get the points. still learning to find my way around the site. thanks for any help you have
