I'm not sure I'm ready to go vegan and I know that my teenaged sons are not, but I am intrigued by the idea of occassional meatless meals. I just made the black bean burgers from the cookbook for the first time and loved them! (not sure about the protein values though--cookbook says 19 grams protein and recipe calculator said 9!)
Anyway, is there any change this vegan cookbook will come out in other formats? Like Nook maybe? (hint, hint)
I would definitely buy it and I will look at how to read Kindle books on my computer--I promise!
