I wish I had an exact answer. Perhaps someone else does. The only thing I would do would be to find the calories in the lean beef and the calories in the chuck. The difference between the two (depending on amount) would give you the desired number of calories. I hope you get the answers you need.

I made this recipe yesterday. It is very good and not that difficult. I actually cut up a chuck roast one day and then made the dish the next. My questions is this, does the tracker just measure the meat? I have been adding a entry for the cup of noodles, but I'm not sure it the noodles are included or not. The cookbook shows one serving as being a cup of the sauce and a cup of noodles. Thanks for checking.
