I made the chocolate angel food cake with the glaze today. I love the cake. I'm going to try a piece with some whipped cream. Not a fan of dark chocolate. Highly recommend the cake, it's quick to make and tasty especially if you're having an urge for chocolate.

Last night I made my homemade spaghetti sauce with ground turkey. emoticon Yum!

I also cooked some premade raviolis. I only had 4 of those and finished up with whole wheat penne. Good stuff! And lots of healthy leftovers!

What are you cooking today?

I want to make the tuna fish casserole. I don't have the right size dish. I have an 9"x11" oblong glass dish. Will this work? Do I cook it for the same length of time? Thanks

The Salsa chicken is outstanding. I'm having left over Minestrone Soup.
