I do have one of my own. Has anybody else used the recipe calculator on the black bean burgers? I come out way down on the protein compared to what is in the cookbook . . . I just caluclated the burger itself because I didn't make the buns and put it on a multi-grain tortilla--very yummy recipe!
I use the tracker app on my phone- I don't see the recipe option. Am I missing something or is it just not an option yet on the app? Also- I have trouble using the nutrition tracker online. It seems tricky. Maybe it is just me- but it doesn't always show the food options or let me choose one. I have tried it on my iPad and my laptop. Any suggestions? Thanks. I have had my cookbook for a week and I love it already!

On your "My Nutrition" page where you can add a food, the tab across the top say "search", "favorites", "groups" and "recipes". Click on "Recipes" and then you will see a drop down list that says "cookbook". It is really nice to have the cookbook recipes already entered.

The Cookbook recipes are already entered. In your nutrition tracker choose Recipes (one of the four tabs, Search, Favourites, Groupings, Recipes). In this tab you will see two drop down menus - one for shared recipes and one for Cookbook recipes - just scroll down until you find the one you need!
Near the top on your nutition tracker it says" enter food not listed". Click on that and you can put whatever food you want and enter the nutrition info. Then if you use it again, it will be in the list of food you entered manually. Pam

Hello! I just got my cookbook this week. Right now I am making the pecan chicken with the maple citrus sauce.
Could someone please tell me how I can put recipes from the cookbook onto my nutrition tracker for the day? I feel like I'm overlooking it, but I just cannot find where I can do that. I can't find it on sparkrecipes.com.
