Sriracha is a good one. We like Sambal Olek too. They can both be added after cooking to add spiciness. DH and I love hot food and make our own salsa that some Mexicans can't eat. emoticon

This is a great way to jump in! You can do so much when you cook! Sounds like you got a plan and you will be cookin in 2021!
Good luck and let us know what you think of what you cook!

My husband and brother-in-law both love Sriracha.

If you are finding the recipes to be too spicy, cut down the spice ingredient. Your husband can always add more spice after the recipe is prepared. We have the same issue in my house. I find my husband using "Roster Sauce" to turn up the heat.

Does anyone else feel that a lot of the recipes are on the ever-so-slightly too spicy side? Maybe I'm just a spice wimp. lol My husband loves the spicier recipes but I find myself feeling like my mouth is occasionally being assaulted. I may have to improvise and decrease the heat.
