I made it tonight and served over whole grain linguine. Yum! But I suppose what's there not to like about garlic and shrimp? emoticon

If you used cooked shrimp, you could add the lemon and parsley with the shrimp and only cook a total of 3-4 mins. keep the shrimp from getting tough.

The shrimp taste good. The only thing is I used fully cooked, peeled, devained shrimp & they were tough. The recipe says not to over cook the shrimp or they will be tough. With heating them with the garlic, putting the other ingredients & heating it cooked too long. Next time I will use raw shrimp.

I haven't tried that one yet. I'm anxious for your opinion. Loved the broccoli soup. It was a heat way to use up what I had leftover from a family gathering.
