Thanks for your review and suggestions. The thought of a lemonhead on the fish really made me smile. Good advice.

It sounds like a good recipe, I like you don't like "fishy" fish, yeah I know that sounds silly.

We don't have Tilapia here in Australia but we have what is called Basa, which is a variety of catfish, I believe Tilapia is a catfish as well.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR REVIEW, AND I FIND LEMON ZEST CAN DO THAT, JUICE IS WAY BETTER. DO YOU THINK THIS WOULD WORK WITH ANY FISH AS WELL, SUCH AS COD? KEEP YOUR REVIEWS COMING AND

Our family loves Tilapia (not real fishy and NO bones!) so this was our first choice when picking a recipe. It was good. Two things I will change the next time I make it, I will not add the lemon zest...it was like eating a lemonhead on the fish. The juice that I squeezed over it was awesome and enough. The grape tomatoes were so yummy, I had to refrain from eating them all before roasting them. I think for the recipe, next time, I will use chopped tomatoes. The grape tomatoes seemed to develop tough skins when roasted. We also ended up salting it a little. Definitely is a keeper!
