I made this and we LOVED it! I enjoyed the bite of the citrus and my husband liked the tang of the cayenne pepper. This one is a repeater in our house.
I made the shrimp this evening. We thought the recipe was great. We like things a bit spicy so I added more (actually doubled) cayenne. Easy to make. I'm not sure how it would be as a leftover, though that wouldn't be an issue at our table. We liked the combo of lime and coconut. Definitely a make again.

We tried these tonight. My hubby and I thought they were okay - a little spicy for him though. So I had plenty left over. I'm not sure how well they will freeze, but I've popped them into the freezer for my lunches. Has anyone else made these yet? What did you think about them?
