I made this for dinner tonight along with sandwiches. Only modification I made was that I added red pepper instead of red pepper flakes because I don't have the flakes. Not sure if that's a good substitute; but, it tasted great and had a little kick to it.
I made it just as the recipe called for this time; next time I may try adding some chicken or using some additional vegies for variety.
This was the first recipe from the book that I made. So far, so good.
