So for dinner I cooked the Roast Pork Loin with Lemon Dill Sauce, I did change it up with some dill mustard I had, but the sauce is a nice texture, and I also made the Roasted Red Potatoes with herbs. Both easy and good.
I also made Stephanie's oatmeal and will share that with two friends, and the Miso Soup, and the Lentil Soup, I was taste testing as I went. The oatmeal needs something sweet beyond the cranberries so I just added a sugar cube to the serving. Both soups were great, can't wait to try them tomorrow. Now I am set for work this week.
