I made the Chicken Creole to go over rice this evening for supper. Very good. The only thing I changed was instead of using a can of petite diced tomatoes I used the Rotel can of tomatoes and green chilis blended just to give it a little more kick. Next up is the Light and Creamy Crab Chowder.
Yes, GIZMO2WICKED, I made the Tuna Noodle Casserole last night & mine was too dry as well. What do you think we should add? More skim milk? Some chicken broth? How much more? Maybe a cup or more?
Also, I've never used Panko before. I used it for the topping instead of whole wheat bread crumbs. The Panko came out very, very white. What should I have done? Mixed it up with a tiny bit of butter or what?
Thanks for helping me with this. It's been a long time since I've been in the kitchen. I thought it was just me!

So for dinner I cooked the Roast Pork Loin with Lemon Dill Sauce, I did change it up with some dill mustard I had, but the sauce is a nice texture, and I also made the Roasted Red Potatoes with herbs. Both easy and good. I also made Stephanie's oatmeal and will share that with two friends, and the Miso Soup, and the Lentil Soup, I was taste testing as I went. The oatmeal needs something sweet beyond the cranberries so I just added a sugar cube to the serving. Both soups were great, can't wait to try them tomorrow. Now I am set for work this week.
Only you can stop you.
