1. I want to love me, completely. I am working on loving me the way that I am, but I can't love a body that keeps me from doing things that make me happy.

2. i want to be able to run with my dog Kirby, and not get winded after 10 seconds. he LOVES to run, FAST, and i want to with him.

3. I want to do my job more effectively and efficiently. Taking care of my DH, 2 dogs, and house aren't possible since i get tired so easily

4. I want to be the wife my husband deserves. He loves me for who I am, but I know I can be more.

5. I want to have more fun and go on difficult hikes and be able to last for more than 10 minutes.

6. I don't want to be embarrassed to wear shorts and a t-shirt in 90 degree weather.

7. I want to wear a bathing suit and feel good in it.

8. I want to feel more confident in general.

9. I want a better intimate connection to my husband.

10. I don't want to feel like a failure anymore. I've done that to myself for too long, and need to know that i can suceed long-term at living healthy.

11. I want to be able to walk up stairs without getting out of breath.

12. I want to fit into clothes that look good on me and not have bumps and rolls

13. I don't want to hate my photo being taken anymore. i want to be happy with what i see.

14. I don't want my body to hurt anymore. My back, my legs, my feet. I'm too young to feel this old.

15. I don't want to look around and see that I am one the unhealthy people in the room.

16. I want my mother to give me compliments on my looks, not criticizm

17. I want my dad to leave me alone about exercising

18. i want my co-workers to tell me how nice and healthy i look, not that i used to X yrs ago.

19. i REALLY want to stop worrying ALL THE TIME about the # on the scale, and be accepting of how i am feeling physically.

20. I want to know that healthy isn't a # on the scale, it is a state of mind and acceptance of myself and my beauty. INSIDE AND OUT

BTW, regarding ex-boyfriends..........since i am happily married to a wonderful, supportive man, i have no interest in making the ex's jealous (on purpose). if i happen to run into them and look absolutely fabulous.............that's ANOTHER story all together. ROTF LMAO

Yeah I don't even know what regular feels like. Imagine being pregnant for a couple of months and not knowing. Yeah I was one of those women who didn't know they was pregnant

Eh, not TMI in my opinion! lol

Oh the mentrual cycle...I didn't get mine regularly for a few years, that is definately a little disconcerning isn't it! I remember the relief I felt when finally realizing it was regular again!

1. To gain self confidence
2. To feel sexy
3. To be healthy
4. To play with my daughter
5. To wear high heels without my feet getting tired quick
6. To go dancing and actually dance
7. To be more adventurous. I would love to go sky diving
8. To be able to shop anywhere
9. To even enjoy shopping
10. To be able to walk up stairs and not stop half way up
11. To eat food and not have people staring at me while I'm eating
12. To walk in the room and not feel like everyone is talking about me
13. To wear a swimming suit
14. To take more pictures
15. To wear the right bra size and find cute bras..
16. To look in the mirror and like what I see
17. To date and find my future husband
18. To actually get a menstrual every month.
19. To not get tired so quick during intercourse
20. To enjoy life

Thats wasnt as hard as I thought.

1. To be healthy
2. So my daughter can look up to me and be proud
3. Maybe be an influence of others in my family that need to lose weight
4. to be able to live an active life style with family
5. to feel sexy again
6. to wear cute clothes and be COMFORTABLE
7. so i can live longer
8. To feel comfortable around my husband
9. to have people stare and not think im fat but that im beautiful

11. Have pictures taken of my whole self not just my face...
12. I dont want health conditions like others in my family.
13.Learn to love myself when i look in the mirror
14. To show myself im able
15. To be in the normal range for my bmi , dont wanna be labeled at OBESE anymore.
16. Want to enjoy life to the fullest
17. I want to be PROUD of me, of what i CAN accomplish
18. I want to feel good going to school activities with the kids
19. I want the friends or ex's to see me now and think what jerks they were :)
20. I am not this person, i want to be the person i was BORN to be.

1. So I can feel good about myself
2. To be active when Im outside with my son
3. So my joints dont hurt when I get up in the morning
4. I just got out of a long relationship and he was very unsupportive and didnt believe I could do it so it would be nice to rub that in his face :D
5. You never know who you are going to meet and I want to feel confident when I do
6. So I can feel confident jogging
7. I like to play sports believe it or not haha
8. When I go skiing I wont be embarrased when I have to give my weight
9. To be healthy and in a healthy BMI range
10. So my son wont feel embarrassd by me as he grows up
11. So I wont feel embarrased by me as I grow older
12. I want to be able to anything I want to without my weight or health holding me back
13. I want to feel not only comfortable but confident on the beach in a bathing suit
14. I want to be able to shop at all the stores I love again and fit into all my clothes
15. I want to live a loooong, happy and fufilled life
16. I want to take more pictures than just head shots of myself
17. I was one of the fat girls in the last couple years of public school, middle school, sometimes in highschool..but no more of that
18. So I can have energy
19. So I can be one of those girls I look at now and say "I want a body like hers"
20. To prove to myself I can do it and I can do anything

These are mine, but feel free to make your own list, or borrow mine and edit to suit you. I am going to print it and hang it somewhere where I will read it daily at home. If you make a list share it here or in a blog, we'd all love to see it!

1. I want to love me, completely. I am working on loving me the way that I am, but I can't love a body that fails me, hurts me, and keeps me from doing things that make me happy.

2. I want my kids to have a mom they can look up to. I believe I am a good and moral example to my kids, but physically I am failing them. This brings tears to my eyes, I can't be proud of what they see.

3. I want to do my job more effectively and efficiently. Taking care of up to 10 kids sometimes each day, is hard work. I need a body that can handle it.

4. I want to be the wife my husband deserves. He loves me for who I am, but I know I can be more.

5. I want to have more fun. When I was young, I was a very physically active person, and I miss it.

6. I don't want to be too embarrassed to wear shorts and a t-shirt in 90 degree weather.

7. I want to wear a bathing suit and feel good in it.

8. I want to feel more confident in social situations. Confident in general.

9. I want a better intimate connection to my husband. .

10. I want/need to feel like I have finished this, from start to end...see it through. I don't want to feel like a failure at this anymore. I've done that to myself for too long.

11. I want to gain flexibility again. I was a gymnast at one time, and loved it.

12. I want to be able to walk up stairs without getting out of breath.

13. I want to go on really long hikes and enjoy nature more.

14. I want to fit into styles of clothes, that I can't fit into now.

15. I want to get into competitve horseback riding, this is a dream of mine.

16. I don't want to hate my photo taken anymore. I want to love what I see. I have very few photos of me, and it's especially sad that I don't have very many photos with my children.

17. I don't want my body to hurt anymore. My back, my legs, my feet. I'm too young to feel this old.

18. I want this lifestyle to be my 'normal'.

19. I want to live long enough to see my grandchildren have children.

20. I don't want to look around and see that I am the fattest person in the room, ever again.
