Hi guys!

I've been out and about for a few weeks, and haven't been able to check in on the Dr Who episodes... I watch using BBC iPlayer (online TV on the laptop, cause I don't have an actual TV), and they come and go from there in a very sporadic fashion. There's none on threre just now, so I think I've missed the cybermen episode, waah! :-(. Now I have to wait for them to start the re-runs...

I saw that Christmas-Scrooge one though NSTARSMITH, it was nice wasn't it? The poor old scrooge, what a miserable childhood he had. Lucky the Doctor with his timetravelling powers, was able to go back and inject some joy for him :-).

It was interesting watching the episodes unravelling River Song's background... but she was my favourite, so sad that her part is done now ~sniff sniff~. Maybe they will find some creative paradoxy way to bring her back for some guest apperances?

Have a happy weekend all!

Well, last night I watched what must have been last year's Christmas episode where the Doctor plays the Ghost of Christmas past-present-future with a Scrooge-like old fellow while Amy and Rory are stuck on a space ship in the process of crashing. Oddly, aside from the absolutely beautiful voice of the woman who was the romantic interst of "Scrooge", the part I liked best were the little (and big) fish who swam in the fog.

Hello again, fellow Whovians - here I am posting back and forth to myself and huddling with Pepipoi! But I gotta ask all of you this: DO ANY OF YOU DREAM DR. WHO? Sometimes episode snippets and characters and actions get into my dreams. I love it when that happens! How weird is this? Well, if it is totally weird, then I guess I enjoy being totally weird! emoticon

Well, Whovians, I haven't caught any re-runs this past week. I was travelling for work Tuesday and Wednesday and I hate watching TV in motel rooms. But I haven't caught a single Who episode all week. I miss it, of course, and with the season over I guess we'll have to wait for the Christmas special, eh? I will probably catch a re-runs on BBC America here and there. I might have to go on-line and watch more episodes ...

Last night I caught the second-to-last episode that I had missed the week before - the one with the Cybermen trying to establish a base under a ...department store? And the Doctor's roommate and his little boy. It was cool, except sad for him to see Amy and Rory. However, I was thrilled to see that Amy started a perfume line called "Petricore". Oh my goodness. The smell of rain on dust. And I thoroughly enjoyed the twisted plot of the season finale!!! ***Caution: SPOILER!: Of COURSE the Doctor doesn't die. Man oh man that was a fun one!

I finally caught the second half of that fantastic Who episode The Doctor-Donna. So many characters! And such a weirdly troubling yet satisfying ending ... I thought I would see it last week but the re-runs don't follow in proper order.

I thought The Beast Below was a wonderfully twisted and intriguing episode. Kept me guessing throughout. The "bloody Queen" was a delight and the creature, bound and tortured as it was, was an incredible being. Amy Pond on her first excursion with the Doctor, comparing him to the Beast - each the last of their kinds - she's got a lot of brass. I also liked the moral dilemna and every single citizen being required to learn of it and then choose to remember or not, even the Queen!

Hi there, I just want to give you a little memory of some DR WHO programmes. The first one is the "Victory of the Daleks", "The Beast Below" and "Let's Kill Hitler". These programmes I have watched over the weekend through the UK DR WHO site. It was interesting to see the Amy Pond and Rory had a child that was an adult who was both Melody and River. I have to say that when River comes to the programe she certainly brings some life to it. I like Amy Pond and Rory. It was sad to see the DR dying but come back to life through River. It was a really captivating programme. So if you have any thoughts about the programmes mentioned it would be great to hear what others have to say.

I would also like to take this time to welcome our newest member ANGEMCC. Isn't it great that our team is growing. Awesome and welcome welcome welcome to all of you who have joined the team.
