Jeff, I hope you get your sensor bar soon. Waiting is the hardest thing to do, seems like forever. My hectic pace has slowed down a little from work but now it is getting ready for vacation. I am so looking forward to this vacation, going on another cruise to New England and Canada. My mom's brother's are going to meet the ship when we dock in Halifax and we haven't told her. She will be so suprised, one brother she hasn't seen in 60 years so I hope that he makes it.

My exercise program is suffering, can't say when I got on my Wii last. Have to work out a schedule with my sister about going down to use it. It is my house and my stuff but since she made her room in the basement, feel like that is her space and don't want to interupt.

Got new smart phone last week and am slowly figuring it out. One thing I did right away was put the SP app on it to track my meals. Makes me accountable for what I put in my mouth, will really like it on vacation when I am away from my computer.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I guess that's a sign of a true addiction (a good one!). I am eagerly awaiting the UPS man to deliver my new sensor bar. Should be here by the end of the week, at the latest. How are your exercises going, Deb? How is everyone else doing with their programs?

Peace,

Jeff emoticon

I'm seriously bummed out fellow team members. The vacuum cleaner ate my wii sensor bar and now I can't ExerBeat. I've ordered another one from Amazon but it will be a few days before I get it. emoticon In the meantime, I guess it's my elliptical trainer and free weights (not as fun and takes a lot more effort to get myself to do it!)

Peace,

Jeff emoticon

Things have been hectic here, both at home and work. Inventory is finally over with so don't have those long days anymore. The overtime is great but I just can't bounce back so fast anymore.

Walked in the ACS Relay for Life over the weekend. Great time but my feet were sore.

Was working outside again today.Started to dig up some of the flowers to make way for the fence. Did that for about 2 hours till I knew the neighbors were up so I could be quiet. Then I grabbed the sledge hammer and started busting up the cement pad that the shed sat on. Got half of that done before mom stopped me for lunch. Then my sis and I went for groceries and will be going to church in another hour. Tomorrow will bust up the rest of the cement pad. I am going to use the larger pieces to make a wall around my veggie bed instead of chucking it in the land fill.

Today I tore down the shed which was attached to the garage. I want to get chain link fence and there was not room enough between the shed and my neighbor's fence. Got it all torn down, took about 4 hours to do it. We had a head advisory today here and it was in the mid 90's (F) when I started and was 101* (F) when I finished. The saving grace was the pool, my sis and I bought one of those quick fill pools, so every hour or so we got in to cool down. I was good and kept up with my water.

Had a great workout with my SIL at her gym on Tuesday. I really like her gym, it has tons of treadmills, elliptical's, bikes and weight machines. Plus it has a running/walking track upstairs with more elliptical's and it has a salt water swimming pool, a dry sauna and a steam sauna and a hot tub. She gets to use all this for $40.00 a month!!

We got back home today, left there at a little after 7 a.m., stopped for breakfast about half way and got home at noon. Got everything unpacked and then went and got our dogs from the people who were watching them. Really missed them and they missed us. My sister and I then started to set up our quick set pool. We have yard work to do this weekend and they are calling for a heat advisory so the pool will come in handy.

Today I am helping my brother change out fence boards. Later this afternoon my SIL and I are going into town to her gym. She is allowed to take guests and I told her I would go in with her for a workout.

I am at my brother's place in Virginia on vacation. My mom, sister and I drove down Sat. morning. It was a 4 hour drive, we left at 6 a.m. and just took our time. My SIL had a baby shower for her daughter and we had a great time. I really love my bro's house, out in a valley and so quiet and peaceful. He and I sat out on the front porch this morning drinking a cup of coffee and listening to the river. Watched the deer wander through the yard. My mom has a great time when we are here.

This has been such a hectic month. Still trying to get my sister settled in, we are making progress but when you combine 3 households into 1 it takes some rearranging. Work is getting back on track now. My one associate is finally back to work after 15 wks. She was in a dirt bike accident, was hit by another rider and broke her leg. So I am getting her up to speed with all the changes since she has been out.

Have been busy with my church also. Yesterday we had our second scrap booking event at church as a fund raiser. We had 29 women that paid $50 to come in from 5-10pm Friday night and set up all their stuff and strat scraping. They then came back from 8am-10pm on Saturday and had the whole day to scrap. We fed them breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as 2 snacks. They had a great time and so did my sister and I. We got some stuff and we are going to start making cards and putting pages together to frame.

Today I went out and did the mowing and trimming then my sis and I did some weeding. Got too hot so in the house we came. This Sat we are going to go to my brother's in Virginia for a little vacation. We will come home on Thurs and then that gives us some time to get some more projects done around the house before I go back to work.

Finally, my sister's yard sale is over emoticon . Now that she has gotten rid of all the things she didn't want it is down to the work of organizing what is left. She has stuff in the basement that we need to go through and then finish setting her bedroom up. We will have a nice area down in the basement when all is done.

I am getting chain link fencing put up around my yard and they come to take final measurments on Tuesday. Right now they are booking a month out, which is great. I have a shed attached to my garage that I have to take down and then I have to dig up all the flowers in the back of my flower bed bordering where the fence will be. They have to have room to move the roll of fencing down along the fence line. So by the time they get ready to put the fence in alot of my plants will be done blooming so won't hurt to dig up. I have friends who want bulbs and divisions so that will be perfect time to do that.

What I am really ready for is vacation, 2 more weeks and then my mom and I are going to spend a week at my brother's in Virginia. Looking forward to it.
