Hi everyone

How was your evening? Got haircuts, feel so much better.

Plans for today? Work, as usual, until 4:00 then hopfully get a workout in.

How are you keeping on track? I use the meal tracker and track my food. I also weigh and measure everything now. Amazing how much 1 cup really is.
