So far my fave is the boxing stuff, but I've only tried a couple of those and a couple of Aerobics (also loved) so far as it is my first day with the game AND I'm battling abdominal and lower back pain so can't quite go to town as I'd like to.
I am really into the boxercizing. I think its the easiest to follow. I'm not a great dancer, and some reason the aerobics actually cause tightness and paid in my shoulders. But the boxing doesn't. Weird :D
