Does anyone know how accurate exerbeat is when it tells you how many calories you burnt? It seems kinda high to me for what I do on exerbeat.

You can do several different things in ExerBeat. When you are finished doing ExerBeat just go back to to main menu of the game and at the bottom it tells you how many minutes you did and how many calories you burned. Then you can enter it manually in the SP fitness tracker under cardio.

I do it manually under cardio as exerbeat and just point in the carloie burn from exerbeat.

I count it as cardio dancing or boxing. I don't worry too much about the calories burned, but keep track of the time. Pam

I was wondering how others track your ExerBeat workout on your fitness tracker here? I am generally doing a mixture of the game, so I'm not doing just one of the Activities.
