Kick Off 2014: Squat Challenge
This challenge is to see who can complete the 30 day challenge by February 8th (Start no later than Jan 10).

Kick Off 2014: 25 Day Push Up / Sit Up Challenge
Starting January 5th running through January 31st (about 25 days).
Everyday perform the number of the day worth of push ups and crunches (can substitute if you are like me and can not do regular pushups). For instance, on the 5th do 5 of each, on 6th do 6 of each and so on. By the 31st you should be doing 30 of each. They do not need to be done all at one time.
What if I miss a day - you have to do the next day challenge twice. For instance, if you skip the 10th, on the 11th you should do 11 of each twice.

10 Days of Fruits and Vegetables: Eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables 10 days in a row
10 Days of Healthy Eating: Eat within calorie range 10 days in a row
