I didn't buy any candy this year. My kids are grown and my husband and I are both trying to lose weight. I did pick up a Laffy Taffy from a candy dish but right after I u wrapped it I remembered the no candy for a week challenge and threw it away. Go me!

Snickers Egg 160 calories, 9 g fat, 18 g carbs, 2 g protien this is 50% fat, 45% carbs, 5% protein. I agree a little bit higher Carb. goal would be more reasonable.

No Carbs Challenge - Eat more veggies!!!

I am going to give it a try again. I agree with Afoot 62 the limiting carbs will be the hardest.. It looks like it will require a meat and vegetable diet. It most definitely puts it under the Sparks recommended guidelines for me.

I tried the carb challenge. Not very easy! The best I got was 130 carbs. I even set my SP food tracker for 100 carbs and using their menus, the daily carb count was 155.
The Chocolate & Sleep challenges, no problem-o!

"I can do all things if I just get off my but's and admit I'm in control of me!" SGM 1:1-5 The only real verse I need.

Never say you didn't have enough time: You have the same amount of time that was given to Helen Keller, Albert Einstein, William Shakespeare, Julius Caesar, Winston Churchill.

9 Day Super Challenge - The 40 Day Super Challenge seemed like a really good idea. Just what I needed to drop a pants size. Well - I didn't stick with it. So this challenge is to participate in the final 9 days of the 40 day challenge. The challenge is to average 60 minutes a day exercise, stay within calorie range, 8 glasses of water daily and 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. The challenge runs from April 1st through April 10th.

April's Exercise Madness - Exercise regularly and track. The goal here is to reach one of the following levels.
Gold Medal - 2000 plus minutes
Silver Medal - 1500 plus minutes
Bronze Medal - 1000 plus minutes

April's Last Sparker Standing - Sign up for this one! Weigh in on April 1, 5, 12, 19, 26 and 30th. If you weight is lower than the previous weigh in - you stay and if you have not lost weight - you are out. Let's see how many of us can end the month on a losing streak.

April's Weekly Challenges
Carb Challenge: Can you go 1 week in April consuming 100 carbs or less every day?
Chocolate Challenge: Can you go 1 week in April without chocolate?
Sleep Challenge: Can you go 1 week in April with proper sleep (7+ hours every night)?

I'm sure looking forward to a new start, COME ON APRIL CHALLENGE!!

I need to put my botched up month behind me and really lean into a fresh start. I go in for lab work the end of April and really don't want to go on Statin drugs.

I want to start exercising more,so the super challenge sounds good, and so does the exercise madness. I'm not sore about the weekly challenges. The sleep and no caffeine weeks will be hard for me. I can't function without my caffeine fix!
