80 minutes today for exactly 1500! It was the only thing I did right all month, but I did it. Thanks for the Challenge Paul!!! You know that is the only reason I made it. LOL Actually so far this year I have 4746 minutes. My goal last year was 5000. I did over that, but this year I am going to crush that for certain!

120 minutes today. 80 to go! I didn't do anything else right this month, but I will get this 1500 minute challenge accomplished.

Note to self, if you plan to work out for two hours, don't start out with step aerobics. I was almost dying way before my time was up. Had to switch to something easier to get in the entire 120 minutes.

I am so glad to be feeling well enough again to workout daily. I am already sleeping better and the allergies are better. It's really is amazing all the benefits you receive from being active and eating healthy. I just need to remember that when I want to eat like crap.

This is not a "March Initiative" - This is like a bonus initiative.

I know some on this team do 1500 Minutes a WEEK but for others this might be a challenge.
I am going to try to do 1500 minutes in March and you can join me. If you want accountability just post here.

I will post here on my results (Minutes Exercised, Total Minutes Exercised).

Just a breakdown in case you are wondering:
March has 31 days so you need to average about 50 minutes a day. That's tough - really tough.
