The one that gets me is the "Too tired too work out yesterday/" or any of them that insinuate I didn't when the truth is I was sweating myself to death in the gym that day.

Thanks Newchick! Don't you just want to throw something at the TV when the Mii says "that's overweight". And those snippy little remarks, "too tired to work out yesterday?" My "fitness couch" says, "it looks like you have trouble keeping your committment!" Hang in there !

I am a happy camper this morning! My Wii says my BMI is down more (I'm back in normal range according to the Mii) but I was delighted when the scale dropped below 150. It's been a Really long time since I saw 149. I was 167 in October. Woo Hoo, thanks to Spark People! I still have 9 lbs to goal weight but an even longer way to the the physical abilities that I want to get back to being able to perform like SIT UPS and PUSH UPS ugggh!

I am committed to losing the last 23 pounds that will take me to my goal of 150.
I added 16 weeks to a local weight loss clinic program that I have had the success of losing 30 pounds since Nov 2011. It has been quite the journey.
So....150 by April 2013!! I ain't givin' these guys more money!! LOL!! Maintenance...YES!!

I have points of weight loss I would like to meet. My first is to hit 132 so I am not consider medically over weight (BMI) so when I get blood pressure and cholesterol tested and if there are issue with them being high then I will accept the need of medication. In truth I am hoping they were only high b/c of stress. My next goal is not to gain weight when I go back to college. No Freshmen 15 b/c I already did that once. Then my finally goal is a bikini come this summer, but most importantly is my overall health!

I am wary of goal-setting but why don't I say simply to get down to 160 pounds would be not only wonderful but would be feasible: it would be an average of just under one pound a week.

Somebody asked me yesterday how long I've been "trying" to lose 40 lbs. I heard myself answer, "Five years ... at least". Enough already. My goal for 2013 is to reach my goal weight of 145 lbs. THIS YEAR. Now that I'm writing this, maybe I'll make that a theme. GOAL WEIGHT THIS YEAR. This challenge is helping me already.
The only rules we need: 1.Eat food 2.Mostly plants 3.Not too much

I just want the scale to go below 200. I haven't seen those numbers in years.
