So if I'm understanding this, the challenge is for 28 days. Each day can earn a max of 3 pts, 1 each for exercise, tracking/staying in limits, and posting, for a total max of 84 pts. I can do the exercise, I can try my darnedest to post every day, tracking, though, that's where I mess up...

I'll shoot for 75 pts, as well.

Lose2Win next challenge Ė Thanksgiving 2012 Dash

Thanksgiving 2012 Dash will run from Sunday October 28 through November 24th (Labor Day through Columbus Day).

The goal of this challenge is continue to encourage us to move more and to be accountable. To participate in this challenge all you have to do is post in the Thanksgiving 2012 Dash Forum.

Participants will report what days they exercised for 20 minutes or more. Each day reported is worth 1 pt. Additionally participates can share if they tracked their food for the day and stayed under target calories or WW points. Each day of tracking and staying under points is worth 1 point.

Every day that a Participant posts on the forum is worth one point.

Participants can compete against each other for points or they can aim for a goal.
My goal is 75 points!!!
