Lose2Win next challenge Thanksgiving 2012 Dash

Thanksgiving 2012 Dash will run from Sunday October 28 through November 24th (Labor Day through Columbus Day).

The goal of this challenge is continue to encourage us to move more and to be accountable. To participate in this challenge all you have to do is post in the Thanksgiving 2012 Dash Forum.

Participants will report what days they exercised for 20 minutes or more. Each day reported is worth 1 pt. Additionally participates can share if they tracked their food for the day and stayed under target calories or WW points. Each day of tracking and staying under points is worth 1 point.

Every day that a Participant posts on the forum is worth one point.

Participants can compete against each other for points or they can aim for a goal.
My goal is 75 points!!!

Wow - this challenge ended fast!

Did anyone lose weight. I know I am more active now than before but my eating leaves a lot to be desired. I have a hard time with candy and I work for a candy company. Free candy everywhere.

yes - last day. I'll wait a day two to calc the points and post a standing! Next challenge starting soon - Oct 22nd through Nov 22nd.

Any ideas? Same as this one? I know I exercised more but gosh I ate more too.

I did it - 9/27 - I walked fitness trail. I coughed, I got a stitch in the side (or what ever they called) and it was hard - still not 100% healthy.

I exercised a total of 150 minutes yesterday! I have never done that much in a day!

My weight is up from my start because it went WAY up early in the month. I have been fighting it back down since. So, if I gain, do I lose points? My beginning weight was 183.1 and today I'm at 185.2. Do I deduct the 3 points for 3 pounds up from the total points this month for exercise? It seems like I would. I'll wait for the answer before I calculate total points for the month so far.

9/13 - Me SPARTAN!!! Did second HIIT workout. I can only do about a third of the stations right and only a couple for 1 minute. Really doing good.
WEIGHT UPDATE - DOWN 2 Pounds from 358 which is good since I gained 2 pounds the first week to hit 360. Scale leave something to be desired - like consistency. Does say accurate up to 330 pounds.

The Fall into Fitness Challenge 2012 will run from September 3 through October 8 (Labor Day through Columbus Day). The challenge will be slightly different than the Summer to Lose.

The goal of this challenge is to encourage us to move more and lose more. To participate in this challenge all you have to do is post in the Fall into Fitness 2012 Forum your starting weight by September 7th.

Participants will record at least weekly how many pounds lost and how many days with at least 30 minutes of exercise. Every pound lost is worth a point. Everyday with at least 30 minutes of exercise is worth a point. Additionally, each week during the competition in which the participant posts on the challenge forum is worth 1 point.

Participants can compete against each other for points or they can aim for a goal.

I suggest everyone set a goal for how many points they are aiming for and go for it.
