2012 Lose 2 Win Guidelines
Individuals Should Sign up for the Competition and post their starting weight by the third of the month.
Individuals should update their weight at least 2 or 3 times during the month.
Individuals should post their final weight by the 3rd of the next month.
The individual who loses the most pounds will be declared the winner.
Individuals who do not want to post their weight can still compete. Post pounds lost since you started current goal (should agree with tracker). When you post updates or final progress - let me know how many pounds lost during month.
Individuals may also compete as part of a team.
